John Mayer's Real Estate Blog: Happy Bunny Day from Herbie the Garden Gator

Happy Bunny Day from Herbie the Garden Gator

Herbie the Garden Gator was given to us by my Mom and Dad when they could no longer travel to Florida for the winter. Mom has since passed away and Dad is in a retirement residence in Canada. He's only a phone call away and we talk a lot but it's not the same as being there on special days that have provided so many cherished memories over the years. Herbie was there watching over us every Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter and I know he would want to send his love to all of you from Florida and Canada. Have a wonderful day!

Aw....very cute! I have been looking for a garden friend. Since I'm in So Cal I'm thinking of Father Serra. Or perhaps St. Francis...something Mission related.

Funny how little guys like that can add cheer to one's garden.  It reminds me that I miss my 2 gorgoyles that I judged too heavy to ship when I moved to Hawaii.

What a sweetie!  He's watched over you for many years, and it looks like he can keep on going for many more :)

Thank you everyone! I sent the photo to my Dad and he says Herbie's original green color is a little faded but he's not looking too bad for his age :-)
