Clouds over Orlando, Florida. We were flying back home from our visit to Toronto. They made us fly in a holding pattern for about 10 minutes, so I decided to take some shots. At times, we couldn't see anything because we were right in the clouds. The ride was a little bumpy and I wondered if small planes could see us!

John...the landing is always my favorite part of the flight, the patch work of farm land, and lives moving below you all come into focus as you descend and the ground comes rushing up to great you.
Those are amazing views. I love being in the window seat on the plane just to watch the take off and landing. Thanks for sharing.
Steve - I agree. It's great to see familiar landmarks from the air.
June - My wife and I both like a window seat.
Hey nice picture today. Hope you had a good flight.
Thanks,

John,
Loved the clouds from the top. I took some cloud pictures when I was out golfing from underneath and will get them posted.. quite a different feeling! Above the clouds or below!

I'm always amazed at the pix from planes. I wouldn't think they'd be that clear going through those windows.... BTW, voted for the cows in Nature and Marketing--fun stuff! Do you run those ads in WI, MN and MI???
Hey, John. Great shots, I love to fly. Glad to hear you made it back safe. Take care, Jim
I love the blue between the clouds in the first photo.
John, isn't so cool to take pictures from the plane. I just came back from Vegas a few weeks ago and got some great shots. Great pics, hope you had a great trip.
John - Great above the cloud photographs. I should have taken some on my last flight.
Thanks for stopping by everyone! Your comments are always appreciated.
