When you live on the West coast, seagulls and sunsets go together....like love and marriage in the old number one song - you can't have one without the other.
Jim - You are absolutely right. You just have to make sure the gulls aren't over your head for too long :-)
Gorgeous sunset shot John and I can see why 554 homes were sold in your area in 2010! The best to you in 2011!
That is just beautiful, John, great shot.
Beautiful picture. The sky almost looks fake. Just gorgeous!

Hi Wanda - Beachside properties always sell eventually. It's a great place to live.
Thanks Toni - I'm glad you like it.
Michael - No fake skies here. Just the real thing!
That line is perfect! What a great picture!
John this is so beautiful, wish I was sitting there with a fishing pole.
Ah, Man! I'm sitting here watching snow fall down - and it's too dark and cold to even get a picture of the stuff! I'm jealous.
What an absolute fabulous shot John! Yes the dock and horizon together and the sun, right at the corner! Excellent shot! What a bonus for us....week long sunsets! We'll plant ourselves right here!
John,
What a great subject matter... a sunset week on your blog! This time of year we really need to see some warmth... and how cool is that, how the horizon meets the dock line and continues on in unbroken harmony. You have a prize winning photo here, John! Great shot!
John - That really is a perfect seagull sunset. . .And with the pier thrown in, what's not to love!
I love sunset pictures, but I think you and my other half are the only ones who think that seagulls are picture worthy. J♪♫♫♪
Thanks Debra - Now if I can just get the line right on the Super Bowl.....
Diane - I've got a spare pole if you want to go fishing :-)
Patricia - Just pretend you're having a White Christmas all over again :-)
Al and Peggy - I aim to please! I'll post another one on thursday.
Thanks Linda. I didn't realize the unbroken line was there until I uploaded the photo. Maybe I'll try and do it on purpose next time :-)
Thanks Myrl - You can drop by any time! :-)
Jim - Notice I didn't snap their picture overhead? :-)
