John Mayer's Real Estate Blog: It's Spring Training Time again in Florida's Grapefruit League

It's Spring Training Time again in Florida's Grapefruit League

It's Spring training time again in the grapefruit league here in Florida. That's my friend Steve with the Brevard County Manatee's Mascot. They play at the Space Coast Stadium in Viera where the Washington Nationals are currently in training. It's a great time of the year with perfect weather, hot dogs, beer and pretzels. It's only a short drive from my area in Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral. While you're here, check out the very affordable homes and investment / income opportunities.

Finally starting to feel like spring here, and can't wait to catch a AAA game at Cashman Field. I'm intrigued by the '1 in 5 Canadians' story. Time to ramp up the marketing to my friends up north.

The Grapefruit league. . .What a cute name for a league from Florida.  See those hotdogs lined up there.  I like the looks of the 4th one and the last one:-)  Baseball, blue skies, and hotdogs. . . What's not to love:-)

John,

We'll be singing "Take me out to the ballgame" pretty soon up here. Of course, we may have to plow the snow off the infield.

Hi Myrl - It's not exactly gourmet fare like you prepare for your brood but what the heck. The beer washes everything down anyway and you get to see a great game!
