Easter is the last day of the 47th annual Ron Jon Easter Surfing Festival at the Cocoa Beach Pier. The event started Fri. 4/22 and ends today. As well as surfing, there was a sunrise service, easter egg hunts, a Special Olympics surfing demo and lots of bands and parties. This is one of the best surfing feativals on the east coast and continues to draw huge crowds every year. If that wasn't enough, Melbourne hosted their annual art festival this week end as well. There is always lots to do here on the Space Coast.
This year the surfing museum featured "Kelly...The Exhibit" in honor of Cocoa Beach hometown boy and 10 time world champion surfer Kelly Slater.
