Friday's Fotos - Monster Powered Fishing Boat with Bean Bag Fighting Seats?

This Monster Powered Fishing Boat was parked in Port Canaveral with these dorky bean bag seats by it's side. Maybe they're a new style of comfort fighting seat :-) NOTE: I originally thought these were inflatible seats but upon closer inspection, they look more like bean bag seats.

Are Merc 300's on the back? If so that's 900 HP and the definition of a Monster.

John, the seats do look comfy and remind me of bean bag chairs. That is a powerful looking boat.

Brian - I believe those are 300hp engines. Can you imagine the gas bill and the price of each fish?

Hi Gary - I just thought they provided a humorous contrast to the power of the boat.

Hey John, Great find! That is one ready boat. I don't care where they want to go they will get there pretty quick!

John  They certainly don't fish with all that speed turned on - why do they need it?

Nothing to see here Rich. John's on his boat thing again. Not a bikini in sight.

I'm with Karen, why do they need all that power?  Cool chairs though!

Keith - Right on! When you want to fish 100 miles off shore, you don't want to spend all day getting there.

Karen - If Jaws eats one engine and the other one fails, they still have a good motor to get back home :-)

Right back at ya Rich! You're my hero too ;-)

Al and Peggy - We don't have too many campfires in Florida. That's one thing I really miss about Canadian summers.

John, I've never seen these before... I guess they give new meaning to space savers... lol  Have a great weekend!

That has got to be a first for me. . .I don't believe I've ever seen a boat of that size with 3 motors.  I like those seats too!  It gave me an idea. . .a 70s styled boat with bean bag chairs:-)

Posted by Myrl Jeffcoat, Greater Sacramento Real Estate Agent (GreatWest Realty) about 8 years ago

Silvia - They're not you average fishing seats but at least you can use them for bait holders ;-)

Posted by John Mayer, Your Beach Area Expert (Oikos Realty, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Florida) about 8 years ago

Myrl - That's why it's a monster boat. Maybe the Captain owns a gas station. I'd like to see your psychedelic boat with bean bag chairs. We can park it at Haight Ashbury ;-)
