Redneck Joe (formerly Troublesome Creek) opened for Ronnie Hawkins years ago and is still going strong today.
The Dave Kury Band played at Friday Fest in Cape Canaveral. There is always great music at this event and a sense of community that is hard to find these days. It's a wonderful place to meet your neighbors and get to know everyone.
Santa has arrived in Cape Canaveral. Let's all enjoy the season!

John, Looks like everyone had a great time and 3 buddies are a year older.... (my typical goodbye to good friends is "I'll see ya when your older" the birthday made me bring it up)...... Nothing could be better than horseshoes, beer and music on a weekend. I would probably like to hear some of the music... but to far to drive. Thanks for sharing and enjoy the week!

Thanks Keith - We have a good group of guys playing horseshoes and they are from all walks of life. The bands in my area are mostly very talented and speaking as a musician, I know what it takes to do a good job. They pay us to move equipment and the music is free :-) Look me up if you ever get down this way.
Tony and Darcy - Everyone looks forward to the Saturday horseshoe tournament every week. It's a lot of fun and I have several regulars looking for investment properties. Now that's mixing business with pleasure!

Hi Patricia - You've got it! They are all professional musicians who did a great job and the bar owner's father used to play with them. They drove over 300 miles just to be there for the celebration that night. .
