A Cloudy Caribbean Sunrise on the Carnival Dream

Caribbean sunrise aboard the Carnival Dream out of Port Canaveral, Florida. I took these photos from our cove balcony room. We missed the sun for much of this cruise but we had a good time anyway. Check out the face in the clouds top center.

This isn't much of a sunrise but it's the best our cruise would offer this time around.

 If you lived here, you could take a taxi to the cruise terminals, take a last minute trip and come back to Florida Sunshine! :-)

Hi John - I see the face in the clouds.

Since you are not getting great Florida weather, why not come up north and enjoy using some colourful plastic partially see-through $100 bills that have just been released in the past couple of months.  You may have heard that several denominations are changing to plastic over the next few years.

Hi Marc - I can do without plastic money and cold weather so I'll stay put for the winter. It's all play money in this economy and  valuations can drop ay any time :-(.

Very pretty, John!  Similar to my post this morning.  We are in the Caribbean now and having a few clouds every day.  Funny they show up just in time every day to block the sun during sunset!

Dee Dee - Cruises are  great and I hope you are enjoying yours but sometimes those pesky clouds can ruin the moment. We rarely saw the sun the whole time aboard the Carnival Dream and it greatly diminished an otherwise enjoyable experience.
