Some Canadian Snowbird friends of mine just visited Florida and I captured the Kids feeding gulls at sunset. Every day has been in the 70's since the colld snap a week ago. The weather is great so come down for a visit!
Feeding bread to hungry gulls.

Those are beautiful! Makes me want to move right now - I am in landlocked Illinois and it's 30degrees.
John - Those photos are astonishing they are so gorgeous. What's not to love - The warm sunset, with silhouttes of leaves, gulls, and children in the foreground. CONGRATULATIONS on having this blog FEATURED in the Photos group!
Who wouldn't want to be at Cocoa Beach with that gorgeous sunset. Love the way the first photo is framed out - just perfect photos!
John, as always, your photos make me want to come to Florida! Exquisite!
Mary - 30*! I can feel the cold now. Just book a flight and you can be warmer :-)
Thank you for the feature Myrl. I'll have to drop by your blog to see what you've been up to.
Lee and Carol - Thank you for your kind words. I could take nothing but sunset photos and each one would beautifully different.
Thanks Maria - I'm just sharing some Florida sun with my friends on AR.
John,
What a magnificent series of shots. Each one better than the preceding one.
Rich
Great pics, John! Love the trees in the foreground of the first one!
Have a great week!
Thanks Rich - Maybe I'll throw in some bikinis for you next time :-)
Hi DeeDee - I kinda like that one too. Sell lots of houses this week!
John I can't imagine you ever getting tired of area photography and moving out of town. Does the local Chamber have you on the payroll?
John you never disappoint with the pictures you post. So relaxing, can feel the old blood pressure dropping just looking at them. 3 hours we could be there! Not including airport time LOL!
There should be a migration of folks flocking to your area John! Beautiful!
Karen - Now that's a good idea. I think I'll go right down there and ask for a job :-)
Al and Peggy - Are you coming to Florida for a visit this year? Look me up if you do.
Hi Wanda - The snowbirds are down in full force. The stores are full, the beach is packed and you have to drive defensively becuase most of them don't know where they're going :-)
John - picture #1 is worthy of framing! They are all beautiful and make me want to move to Florida.....oh wait, I already live there :)
John ...just came by from Toni's re-post ...what a beautiful scene!!! Makes me want to go on vacation even more than I already did!
John - Having grown up on the Gulf Coast of Florida we are VERY familiar with those gorgeous Florida sunsets over the water. Those are some great shots. The first one should be earmarked for a photo contest. You'd win for sure!!
Cyndi
Hi Toni - We Floridians are lucky to be relatively warm at this time of year compared to the nasty weather up north.
Hi Rod - We all need a vacation and what better place to take one than the sunshine state!
Hi Cyndi - Thank you for the compliment. Florida sunsets are among the world's best and different every evening.
