John that birding and wildlife festival this week sounds awesome and I am still in amazement of the photo of the bird on the promotional poster. Kayaking sounds like tremendous fun as does looking at the "other" scenery in the area.

I can always count on your pictures to put a smile on my face, John!  That winged critter in the top photo is certainly an exotic looking thing.  I've never seen anything quite like it!

Hi John,

Looks like it will be an exciting event and the first bird has such lovely coloring. I adore the beach birds and like to watch them coming in for a landing on the sand or in the water. Have a fun time.

John  You do have a knack for combining opposite ends of the "bird" universe

John,

Cocoa Beach sounds like Paradise.

The abundance of birds in FL is such a gift and pleasure to many. No wonder why so many people have chosen this place to call home for all of eternity or a second home.

I really enjoyed your post!

Hi Patricia - The only way I will leave here is in an urn with my remains scattered over the ocean :-)
