Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral lifeguards are trained every year to rescue sun seekers and swimmers (pictured below :-). They keep the locals and tourists safe with their training and knowledge. They may be young but they do a great job!! My job is to photograph these events with my trusty Nikon and let everyone know how wonderful it is to live on Florida's Space Coast.

John - what a beautiful, deep beach! Looks like you could walk forever and not be under water. That's what I love! WTG lifeguards, too!
Sharon - You still have to watch out for jellyfish and small sharks. Just don't go in when the water is cloudy. Thanks for dropping by.
John - Everytime I read one of your blogs with delightful Florida pictures, I picture you sitting at a little table inside Jump's Tiny Tavern writing contracts to buy or sell. Your clients are all in bikinis, shorts, or beach wear. Flip flops everywhere!
Hi Myrl - Many of my clients are in shorts and flip flops but this is Florida. It's all pretty laid back until the hardball negotiations begin. Then the fun starts! :-)
John,
I can't tell you how much I enjoy reading your posts every week. Your photography skills are masterful.
Rich
Thanks Rich - You just have to be in the right place at the right time to take in all the "scenery". :-) A telephoto lens doesn't hurt either.
