John Mayer's Real Estate Blog: The Grand Kids have Arrived from Canada

The Grand Kids have Arrived from Canada

My daughter Nicole and the Grand kids arrived Friday night from Canada and Grandpa is already worn out!  Below is a collage of older photos, including my niece Katie but there will lots more new ones posted soon. They are at the beach as I write this and I have slow cooked pulled pork in the crock pot. I made blueberry pancakes Sat AM and then it was off to Jumps TinyTavern in Cocoa Beach for horseshoes at 2:00. Me and "Wave Dave" went to the final and smoked some really good teams but Boston and Alvin got us in the end winning two out of three. We'll get 'em next week! Donna played too and had Bob as a partner...they did pretty good! She's getting better every time. Thomas wants Grandpa to show him how to throw shoes so he can can play with the "big boys"! :-)

You have some really cute grandkids, John!  And doncha love those recipes that use a crockpot, when family comes home?  It helps keep everything relaxed and enjoyable.

Looks like fun. I am sure they will be taken care of very well while visiting with you.  What a great time to come south to Florida.

Hi Myrl - The pulled pork with fresh basil was great with my special smashed, buttered red potatoes and a vegetable medley.

Hi Robert - They were getting tired of figuring out where to dump all the snow from the driveway!
