John Mayer's Real Estate Blog: If the World was Run by Mothers

If the World was Run by Mothers

If the world was run by mothers, there would be more unconditional love, no wars to send their precious children to, more compassion and understanding with a little dicipline thrown in. Happy mother's day to every wonderful mom, especially the ones in my life who have raised their children through good times and bad, sometimes sacrificing their own sanity while providing the guidance and skills needed to make them strong, honest and hard working. Once they are out of the nest, they are on their own and may succeed or fail but they can always call mom for advice :-) Mothers Will be in Your Heart Forever

My Mom Anne who passed away too soon.

Also Happy Mother's Day to my sis-in-law Linda and my cousin Pat who both raised two fine young men. Congrats to Kim and my nephew Steven who will be bringing in another little Mayer into the world soon. My Florida friends Liz and Miranda have beautiful babies that have come into the world recently. That's a wonderful tribute to the mothers in your life, John!  And, baby Katy is adorable!

John, all mothers die way too soon!  It doesn't matter that they are really, really old when they go.  I really miss mine.

Hi Myrl - When one of us checks out, another comes in. That's life.

Hi Pat - My Grandma passed away at 94 but her quality of life wasn't there anymore.
