A frozen pond in Florida seems like it would be difficult to find.  However, I do remember visiting your state in February 2010, right after a major freeze that claimed a lot of the orange crop, and had lizards falling out of the trees.

The picture is pretty amazin'

John, after you get done with your hockey practice on your frozen pond in Florida, come on up to Indiana and we will sell you some ocean front property CHEAP!  Seems like they ought to start the season earlier as June is too late to be playing hockey and basketball!!!

Ed and Tracy - I guess I'll have to go to indoor rink in Rockledge :-)

Hi Myrl - I remember that year. Of course, I photo shopped the picture :-)

Sharon and Bruce - The longer season is all about revenue, of course. I'll take a rain check on the Indiana property. I have some nice Florida swamp land to trade :-)

Hi John, I think it will take a pretty big freezer to create an ice pond like this. LOL

Hi William - I guess I'll have to go to the indoor rink and look for Canadians to buy condos! :-)

John, this is sort of funny.  You get ice in toasty warm Florida.  That could be confusing to a Canadian!

Hi Pat - My buddy Dave just played a barn dance 2 hours north of Toronto and said it was still cold up there. I sent him some Cocoa Beach bikini photos to warm him up :-)
